Since 2014, Monster Pho has been serving authentic traditional Vietnamese cuisine the same way MAMA has always made it — captivating locals and visitors alike. Fresh spring rolls, classic 24-hour beef bone broth pho, hearty rice plates, savory vermicelli, and the local-favorite pandan leaf coconut waffle.
Born in Vietnam, raised in Oakland, and determined to create a monster. Each 200-quart pot is loaded with 100 pounds of beef bones, cooked slow and simmered for 24 hours. We're pretty sure one sip could cure even the worst hangover. lol.
